PasadenaPride.com is an independent, community-run hub for LGBTQIA+ folks and allies in Pasadena and the San Gabriel Valley. Your privacy matters to us, especially as a community that has good reasons to be careful about personal information. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Site analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use our site, such as which pages are visited, roughly where visitors are located (city or region level), the type of device and browser used, and how visitors arrived. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect this information.
- Information you send us. If you email us at [email protected], we receive your email address and whatever you choose to share in your message.
- Hosting and security data. Our site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical information such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
We do not ask for your sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other sensitive personal information on this site, and we do not sell your information.
How we use information
- To understand what our community finds useful and improve the site
- To reply to your messages and questions
- To keep the site secure and working properly
Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Information is shared only with the service providers that help us run the site (Google for analytics and email, Cloudflare for hosting), or when required by law.
Your choices
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
- You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
- You can ask us what information we have from you, or ask us to delete your emails, by writing to [email protected].

This site is meant for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
